Our Journey So Far
2009
Founded in Wokingham
We started in 2009 with a small trade counter in Wokingham and a simple aim: to provide helpful service, reliable stock and honest advice. From the very beginning, we have aimed to make things easier for everyone, from local plumbers to homeowners and DIYers, by being knowledgeable, approachable and straightforward. That original branch remains our head office today and continues to reflect the same values we began with.
2013
Expanding to Camberley
Building on our early success, we opened a second branch in Camberley in 2013. This new location allowed us to reach more customers across Surrey and Hampshire and better support the local community. Establishing ourselves in Camberley marked an important step in growing the business while staying true to the hands-on approach that our customers appreciate.
2018
Larger Premises in Camberley
Five years on, our Camberley branch had grown enough to need more space to meet demand. We moved to a larger unit; in fact, to multiple units within the same business park. This provided the extra room to broaden our stock and reorganise the trade counter, making it easier for customers to find what they needed. Despite the growth, we remained focused on the straightforward, personal service that has always set us apart.
Present Day
Continuing to Serve and Grow
Today, we continue to supply the local and surrounding areas from our two branches. We have recently refreshed our website as part of a wider digital update, reflecting our commitment to staying current and accessible. While some exciting plans are in the pipeline, we continue to focus on expanding and improving how we serve our customers. Throughout, we remain dedicated to providing the friendly, reliable service our customers expect.
